Ferry Service Resumes August 30
We’re on the right track to meet the additional train coming down the Hudson by resuming our ferry service!
On Monday, August 30, ferry service — “as the crow flies” — between Haverstraw-Ossining and Newburgh-Beacon resumes, and will connect with morning and afternoon peak trains at Ossining and Beacon stations.
“Restoring ferry service during the peak period will give our Rockland and Orange County residents returning to work quicker access to New York City, and a smooth ride down our scenic Hudson line,” said Metro-North President Catherine Rinaldi.
Ferry riders will once again be able to enjoy the glorious views up and down the Hudson River, while taking in the peaceful tranquility of river travel. All aboard!
