Summer is still chugging along, and so are we! If you're traveling this weekend — either in the city or to points nearby — we hope you'll choo-choo-choose us for getting around.
One significant change worth noting: Starting this weekend, and continuing every weekend through September 5, trains are not running between Crescent St and Jamaica Center in either direction while we make electrical improvements. This is in addition to the 24/7 service outage in effect between 121 St and Jamaica Center through September. Free shuttle buses will make stops between Crescent St and 121 St, and connect with the at Jamaica-Van Wyck. Check out our guide to this outage for more information.
We've also got some good news to share: This weekend marks the last weekend that trains will be rerouted for track maintenance in Brooklyn. See a map that shows how service will be affected.
For more details on how service will be affected across all modes of transit, check out our Planned Work tool and search for your subway, bus, or rail line.
These service changes are subject to change, so check the MTA homepage before heading out; it's where you'll find up-to-the-minute information on subway, bus, and rail service.
