Trains to Skip Station 24/7 Oct. 1 Through Oct. 17
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is advising customers that Manhattan-bound trains will bypass the E 149 St station for two weeks beginning at 10:00 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30. Manhattan-bound trains will resume making stops at 5:00 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 17. This platform closure will accommodate station and automated fare collection upgrades.
During this time, Manhattan-bound customers wishing to board at E 149 St should take a Pelham Bay or Parkchester-bound train to Hunts Point Av and transfer to a downtown train.
Customers boarding at stations from Pelham Bay Park to Longwood Av wishing to travel to E 149 St during this time should take a Manhattan-bound train to 3 Av-138 St and transfer to an uptown train.

WhatsApp – Customers can chat with NYC Transit via WhatsApp. Riders can receive customer service support in their native language through the help of Google Translate.
