Grand Central Market Now at 100% Occupancy
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) today announced five new tenants coming to Grand Central Terminal in 2024. The newly signed tenants represent a vibrant and diverse mix of industry innovators, iconic eating and drinking destinations, and exciting lifestyle retail brands.

“Grand Central Terminal is a world-renowned destination not just for train travelers but for thousands of people who pass through the Terminal every day,” said Metro-North President Catherine Rinaldi. “And with the new LIRR terminal at Grand Central Madison open downstairs, we are thrilled to have so many new exciting retail and food offerings for those new LIRR customers as they pass through the historic Terminal.”
